Delivery Charges are priced at £10 per box (inc VAT) Up to 2 boxes. 3 Boxes is priced at £25 per delivery. 

Delivery is Next Day Courier delivery nationwide* Monday - Friday  pre - 1pm delivery

Saturday Delivery £12.50 per box – Next Day by 7pm 

These prices have been increased from 25th June 2024 due to increases out of our control.

All orders to be be placed by 3pm for delivery next day

Delivery Postcodes and Exclusions

Next day Pre 12 delivery is available for most UK postcodes but there are exceptions in the highlands and Islands as it can take two days to reach by van . Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to:

AB37-38, AB41-56, IV1-20, IV25, IV30-37, IV63, KW1-3, KW6-10, KW14,PH15-26, PA21-35, PA37-39, PH33,49, IV21-24, IV26-28, IV40, KW5,KW11-13, FK18-21,PA36, PA40, PH30-32, PH34-41,PH50, HS1-9, IV41-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA62-76, PH42-44, ZE1-3 Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, , Scilly Isles.

What will happen if I am not at the delivery address to receive the flowers?

The flowers will, by default, be left safe and dry on the premises or with a neighbour. Please note that the courier will not call you to ensure you are at home before delivery, however if you download the DPD app then you will be able to track the estimated delivery time. 

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation - Whilst we understand that plans can change, once your order is placed, it is then sent to our packing team where your stems are reserved specifically for you until they are ready to be cut and dispatched to fulfil your order. This forms an integral part of the premium service we provide to our Trade customers. Your ordered stems therefore cannot be resold to others, so it is not possible for us to accept cancellations within 1 working days from the despatch date. 

Order Amendments

If you wish to make any other changes to your order you can do so a minimum of 12 hours before the dispatch date of your order by e-mailing at info@lambsflowers.co.uk or by calling us on 01775 680 110 and we will endeavour to do all we can to help.

Should you wish amend your delivery address or instructions, please advise us at least 12 hours in advance of the delivery date to allow us time to make the changes that you would like.
