These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
We will treat each order for goods as an intention by you to purchase the goods selected, subject to these terms and conditions.
To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age.
Availability
All goods shown on the website are subject to availability. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any monies already paid for the selected goods. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may incur as a result of our not supplying the goods selected.
Delivery Date
We will endeavour to deliver goods on the delivery date selected however, goods are subject to availability and seasonal changes therefore, delay in the delivery of goods is sometimes outside of our control. Any dates and times we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods unless caused by our negligence.
Should delivery be delayed for more than 1 day you have the right to contact us and cancel your order. In this case we will refund to you, any monies already paid by you for the delayed goods. All goods become your responsibility upon delivery. If you delay accepting a delivery, our responsibility for everything - other than damage due to our negligence - will end at the time and date the carrier attempted to deliver the goods to you.
Accuracy of Content
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our website are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Whilst we endeavour to show an accurate colour image, you are advised that there may be variations in colour between the image that you see on your monitor and the actual goods you receive. This could be caused by the settings of your system or an adjustment made during or after photographic or other electronic processes.
Quality / Damage and Shortages
If goods arrive damaged, with quality issues or if there are product shortage, you must inform us by email to info@lambsflowers.co.uk or call us within 12 hours of the delivery, we may ask include a photograph of the damaged flowers or foliage. Our team will either replace the goods (time and stock availability permitting) at no charge or refund any money paid for the goods.
Ordering Errors
We will require the full name and delivery address including valid postcode of the recipient. We cannot be held responsible for delayed orders, lost orders, or non-delivery if any of the address information supplied by you is incorrect. You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click the "Make Secure Online Payment" button on the final page of our ordering process.
Price
The price for the goods will be as stipulated at the time when you placed your order. We reserve the right to adjust the price to take account of any increase in, or the imposition of, any taxes or duties, or if, due to an error or omission, the price published for the goods on our website is incorrect wrong. In the event of a wrongly advertised cost price, we will inform you of the correct price, at which point, you will have the opportunity to cancel the item without incurring any additional charges.
All prices on our website are exclusive of VAT and delivery charges (unless stated otherwise). Ownership of the goods only transfers once we have received payment in full.
Should you wish to cancel your order within the agreed timescales as per our delivery and cancellation information and after sending payment, you must phone our team on 01775 680110 to inform us that you wish to cancel.
Our Opening Times are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.

Harassment & Intimidation
Lambs Flowers is committed to providing a safe working environment. We will not tolerate any violent, abusive, intimidating or threatening behaviour towards our staff, our agents or any other person involved with our activities. We will actively support victims and take appropriate action against the perpetrators.
Damage to your Computer
Lambs Flowers makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won't cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Lambs Flowers shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

We reserve the right to terminate any contract between us without penalty. In the event of termination we shall refund to you, all sums already paid to us.
Failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions.
The Contract between us shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England, Scotland and Wales. We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise. If you have a complaint please contact us.
